Contact lense returns are accepted for the following conditions
within 30 days from your dated receipt:
- Your contact lense arrived damaged during shipment.
We will gladly resend your order, but you
must return the damaged contact lense and write on your receipt
that the contact lense you received was damaged. Return the
contact lense to the address on your receipt. If you do not
send back the damaged contact lense within 30 days from the
date of your receipt, you will be charged for the second shipment.
- The contact lense that you received were not what you ordered.
We will gladly resend your order, but you must
return the incorrect contact lense and write on your receipt
that the contact lense you received was not what you had ordered.
Return the contact lense to the address on your receipt. If
you do not send back the contact lense that was not ordered
within 30 days from the date of your receipt, you will be
charged for the second shipment.
- You have changed your mind about the contact lense you received,
and the contact lens packaging has not been opened or damaged
in anyway.
We will gladly refund your money excluding
the shipping charge if we receive your returned package within
30 days from the date of your receipt. You must write on your
receipt that you have changed your mind and that you would
like a refund. Return the contact lense to the address on
your receipt.
Reasons we will not accept a return:
- You have had the contact lense in your possession for more
than 30 days from the date on your receipt.
- You have opened the contact lens packaging. The contact lense
is no longer factory sealed.
- You have torn a contact lense while trying them on. A contact
lense is delicate and must be handled carefully.
